1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase or before the item has been shipped.
Once the product is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
In case of defective, damaged, or wrong products delivered, customers can request a return/refund within 7 days of delivery .
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after product inspection.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging .
Certain items such as personalized products, perishable goods, or digital downloads may not be eligible for refunds.
